Sugar Cookies

This recipe is from my dear friend Lisa who is a wonderful baker. Thanks Lisa!

1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Margarine
1 1/2 c. 10X
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/2 t almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cream of tartar

Cream butter and margarine. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract. Set aside.
In another bowl mix the flour 10X, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Add that to the creamed mixture. Split into two discs and wrap in Saran Wrap. Place in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Roll and cut.
Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes.
