Cookie Press Dough

or Spritz cookies

This is a fairly new addition to my holiday baking per the request of one of my friends joining in the bake. The following recipe I received from a friend.

Ingredients
2 1/4 c flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cinnamon
1 c butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t vanilla
1 t orange zest

Mix flour, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and egg. Add vanilla and zest.
Add to dry ingredients.

Fill press and then press dough onto cookie sheet.


Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
